Very Happy

Arrived exactly on time and finished before estimated completion for a move across Edinburgh. Very efficient and polite throughout. They were willing to go above and beyond and coped with 4 pets. Would use them again.

Removal

Thank you and your team so much for your help with my move from Livingston on Saturday, 9th of September. Cameron and his colleagues were just great -efficient, hard working, considerate, very polite and friendly. The job was done on time, completed fully, no damage to the properties or furniture. Your team made me know about the fault in my bed ( which had been assembled previously by another company) and also fixed the defect. I will recommend you, guys, to everyone. Such a great team, well done!

Home move

If I could put 10/10 would do so. We moved a number of times internationally and twice in Edinburgh. Both my wife and I are really impressed by Cameron, Ferguson and James. Very friendly and responsive, reasonable for last minute changes and requests. And very professional in actual work, brought protective covers for the doors and floors, protective covers for furniture. Very polite, well mannered. Moved everything safely, fast and with a smile. Could not recommend them more.

First class service

I had relatively little experience with removal companies, and of those I had, they'd been accompanied with lots of sucking air through teeth and grumbling.

I heard about MoveStore through via a recommendation from a family member and it blew anything I'd experienced prior out of the water. From start to finish, the experience was professional, speedy and exercised with care. Can wholeheartedly recommend MoveStore and will be making use of them again in the future should the need arise.

Great experience

Great experience moving long distance, quoted over a video call, all very efficient kept us posted what was happening once booked with them. On the day they went around property with us checking what was going what was staying. They laid down floor protectors and took shoes off for going up and down stairs very polite friendly and respectful of property and goods. Moving into property again same care taken with floors etc fast service and put everything where we wanted. Thanks so much took away a big headache for us.

I don’t normally do reviews. But have to say, move store were excellent! Cameron and his team very so professional. They made the stressful process of moving home a breeze.

They also were very polite and worked very efficiently. It made the move much easier and quicker than I expected. They also made sure I was happy with placement of my furniture and belongs at the new property.

I would highly recommend them. Will definitely be referring them to others.
